These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadForm mobile applications, websites, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

LeadForm provides tools to create forms, share links, and analyze engagement. References to "LeadForm", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the entity operating the Services and identified in product notices or store listings.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Without limitation, you must not:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful content through forms or links.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Use the Services to build competing scraping or surveillance products targeting our infrastructure.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services, enforce security, and comply with law.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features may be offered through app stores (such as Google Play). Pricing, billing, renewal, and refunds are subject to the applicable store policies and in-product disclosures. Taxes may apply based on your location.

7. Availability and changes

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADFORM AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY EUROS (EUR 50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify LeadForm and its affiliates against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Services or other users, subject to applicable law and store rules.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Finland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or through the Services. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
